"I have to say, before you start to think about getting some minor or major work done on your rig, or if you need good honest advice, check out Gilmay Enterprises Vernon. I had a new stainless steel kitchen sink installed, and some bad surface cracks around the bathroom sink repaired, which some other Gel coat companies told me would be impossible to repair due to the rigidity of the drain. Craig Mayall fixed it with no problems.

I also had a small wall safe installed just under the radio and a few scratches and stress cracks done on the outside of the camper. The gel coat work was phenomenal. The unit looks like it just came out of the factory.

Previously, I had some big electrical battery problems that three RV dealers could not figure out; one RV Tech could not even put two six volt batteries in parallel. He wired it wrong. It took Gilmay Enterprises fifteen minutes to figure out all of the fuses the tech had blown.

I had the camper roof and front cap polished by Gilmay's professional detailer. I cannot believe the difference. It came back looking like new. The cost of all of the above work was more than reasonable. And they bent over backwards to accommodate me.

Will I go back to Gilmay Enterprises? You betcha! It's a seven hour's drive for me, but is very worth it! You cannot go wrong by contacting Craig Mayall. It is nice to see some old-fashioned customer service. They showed me every step of the repairs and the work they did.

Thank you for the amazing job you did in repairing our 2002 Bigfoot 3000 series camper. We have used it for a year now and it has stood the test quite well.

We were worried that the previous owners had destroyed it beyond repair. The structure was definitely not what we were led to believe when we bought it.

It was a relief to learn that you have intimate knowledge of the Bigfoot camper from working on the production team as you grew up. We felt that the camper would not have ever been right again had it not been for you and the main engineer from the Bigfoot company.

Your ingenuity in retrofitting and reinforcing the structure to a repaired state, as well as adding your later model advances to it was exactly what was called for. We didn't know that could be done, let alone that well. Other RV repair shops had given us options that were dismaying and would have cost much more than you charged

The repairs you made were well done, and you were trustworthy, courteous, and honest throughout. The concierge-like service was really helpful since we didn't know the area. It was a pleasure all the way around, despite the unforeseen cost forced on us by the lies of the Alaskan broker.
